My Philosophy

Main principals of my treatment

1. The body has the innate ability to heal itself

2. Treating each person as a unique individual

3. Working together with a client to locate the source of dysfunction rather than just doing a massage

My treatment facilitates the healing process by clearing blocks in the physical and energy fields so that the body can move to its optimal level of balance from where it is able to access its inherent ability to heal itself.

*** My treatment is not like deep tissue massage with undressing, oils and firm pressure. It is done by gentle pressure through the clothes without oils, so be sure to wear comfortable clothing.

Main techniques of my treatment

1. Tendons and ligaments release

2. Sotai ho

3. Cranium Release

1. Ligaments and tendons are strong bands of tissue that connect our joints and bones. Repetitive movements from work or sports also bad posture or walking habits make them tight and lose their elasticity.

2. Sotai ho is a Japanese form of gentle movement therapy that was invented by Keizo Hashimoto, M.D. (1897-1993). It helps restoring structural balance that is claimed to work with the breath and movements toward comfort (or away from pain).

3. Scalp and face contains lots of small muscles that play no part in moving your body around or resisting heavy loads. But tension can build up in this area and it causes headache, eye tiredness, depression, poor sleep and jaw problem.
